  • Construction Update - April 14, 2017

    Notices:

    1. Please do not park in front of the gates on College Street.
    2. We are starting the excavation of the basement on Monday, April 17th. You can expect heavy truck traffic leaving the site from both the Broadway entrance as well as the College Street entrance.
    3. (20) additional limited parking spaces for Denison Faculty have been established at the New Hope Lutheran church for use from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.  You must display your Denison parking sticker to utilize this lot.

    Other Highlights:

The North construction entrance to College Street has been completed.  This will facilitate truck traffic from both sides of the site as we haul off soil for the basement excavation and plumbing underground.

The permanent primary sanitary and storm systems under the new facility have been completed and temporarily connected to the old systems outside the immediate work area.  This will facilitate the excavation of the basement area.

Our subcontract partners continue to mobilize to the site with more expected next week.
