For Llanfair Retirement Community in Cincinnati, a new Wellness Center and Chapel required more than promises of meeting a deadline. The facility remained open during renovations and the residents required unfettered access to their rooms. Robertson ensured that this 8,500 square foot, $1,600,000 addition and renovation went smoothly, that the residents were inconvenienced as little as possible, and that the project still finished on time and on budget.
